Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SÁKÁRÁ.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us at customerservice@sakara.ie with your order number.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Socks, underwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@sakara.ie with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We don't currently offer exchanges.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is damaged or faulty

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
